This removes redundant groups containing only a single line which is
part of a construction involving the 052ff 勿 character component.
This removes redundant groups around the inner dash which is part of
勹, and the two other dashes.

This changes kvg:element value of the top level SVG group containing
the paths to be the same as the Unicode value taken from the file
name.
kanji/04f34-HzFst.svg contained both incorrect element and incorrect
path type information so this was edited to put approximately correct
path types and groups as well.

Fix problems with ito
...
The variant forms in kanji_mismatch containing an ito component 糸
seem to have all been created by a script which had an off-by-one
error in the number of strokes. Compounding the error, these were all
grouped incorrectly. This commit shifts the groupings to put six
rather than five strokes into the groups of the itos, and shifts the
subsequent child paths of the entire kanji as well.

This fixes a large number of incidences of incorrect stroke type on
kanji which contain a 曲 element. It does not resolve problems with
incorrect group labelling.

Change 參 decomposition to IDS ⿱𠫯彡
...
This changes the decomposition of all 參 elements in KanjiVG from 厽
over two ungrouped strokes followed by 彡 to a decomposition based on
the intermediate character U+20AEF which takes the upper two of the
lower five strokes. These upper two strokes are further gathered into
a new 人 group under the U+20AEF group, and the previous above part is
also grouped into a subgroup of type 厽.
