86ff069b91 Copy the Jinmei variant to the standard file. Should fix a part of the complaints of outdated shapes. 
Pure copy, the ids inside the files need fixing.

257278c2d0 First step to implement the character shape changes of JIS X 0213:2004. 
Copy the plain files to -Hyougai variant.
Move the non-Jinmei variants to -HyougaiNN.

f94886f06f Fix 収/053ce.svg. 
That is written with four strokes, not five. Take the left two (not three) strokes from 收/06536.svg, which has been called a variant of this.
Also semi-automatically removed a trailing space.
