This removes superfluous groups around each of the individual strokes
of 彡. It also fixes a repeated error where position="bottom" should
be position="right".

壗 U+58D7 strokes 7, 8
盡 U+76E1 strokes 4, 5
under the xxxxx.svg name and the other stroke order as xxxxx-VtFst.svg.
