I guess the problems were caused by the split 衣 elements.

Change stroke types and groups. Put the last, vertical stroke in an extra group.
I’m not sure that this is the right way, but it is consistent with 恵-KaishoVtLst.
Sholudn't that stroke get ' kvg:element="田" kvg:part="3" kvg:partial="true"' attributes?
Or 'part=2' with the current parts 1 and 2 joined to form part 1?
