The keb/reb elements used for determining xrefs are only there to disambiguate which entry we are looking for, not to further specialize the xref (unlike the sense number). We don't need to store this.

I think the original thought was that we could show several entries if the xref was ambiguous, but I'm planning to throw that idea out the window.
