Something like 1000 words + 500 kanji.

This would make it easier to archive several versions of the database, and download during tests for mugiten.

It is probably important that the words and kanji included are stable. (i.e. don't choose a 1000 random words on every regeneration)

Note that this is separate from #58, which was intended to improve development speed of jadb itself.
