Rename list-db to show-db, and print table #78

The current list-db is a remnant of mysql-dbadm. If we want to be able to expand this command in the future, we should change it to print a human readable table now, so that no one starts depending on the "API" that is printing database names separated by newlines.

It would also be nice to rename it to show-db, so that it is consistent with show-user.
