After having used dibbler for a while, people tend to start using the "allegedly shortest" substring of their username to perform transactions, but this is like slow and stuff, and we'd like to find the verifiably shortest substring™️ of a username for performance reasons.

Have someone who's taken algdat write a fancy algorithm to find the verifiably shortest substring™️ of any user's username.
