All commands should be tagged with the version of the mpd protocol it appeared in (maybe apart from the commands that has been there since the time of dawn.)

Please use a macro so the version can be fetched and checked by code, this is not only documentation for humans.

This also goes for any changes to the command itself. If there were arguments changed for a command, it should be tagged.
