c2470ebd9c decoder/List: eliminate decoder_plugins_try() 
Migrate callers to GetEnabledDecoderPlugins().  By not using lambdas,
we can switch to enums as return value for better diagnostics.

6857286b42 decoder/Thread: don't scan for replay gain tags in PCM streams 
This disables a long delay for playing songs from the cdio_paranoia
input plugin if ReplayGain is enabled.

4e0e4c00bf treewide: replace lock_guard with scoped_lock 
SonarLint reports the latter to be better:

std::scoped_lock basically provides the same feature as std::lock_guard,
but is more generic: It can lock several mutexes at the same time, with a
deadlock prevention mechanism (see {rule:cpp:S5524}). The equivalent code
to perform simultaneous locking with std::lock_guard is significantly more
complex. Therefore, it is simpler to use std::scoped_lock all the time,
even when locking only one mutex (there will be no performance impact).

03f99dd26e db/update/Walk: use GetFilenameSuffix() instead of uri_get_suffix() 
Unlike GetFilenameSuffix(), uri_get_suffix() removes the query string
first, which breaks file names with question marks in the name.
Therefore, uri_get_suffix() shall only be applied to remote URIs.

85849c9396 decoder/plugin: add method protocols() 
Similar to commit 4e2a551f30 but for
decoder plugins.  This is tailored for the FFmpeg decoder plugin which
implements some protocols (e.g. RTSP) as demuxer plugin.

374cc51f77 decoder/Bridge: add flag to make initial seek errors fatal 
When the client wants to seek, but the decoder has already finished
decoding the current song, the player restarts the decoder with an
initial seek at the new position.  When this initial seek fails, MPD
pretends nothing has happened and plays this song from the start.

With this new flag, a restarted decoder marks the initial seek as
"essential" and fails the decoder if that seek fails.

e6a77e1297 remove std::bind usage as much as possible 
Reduces unstripped size. stripped size is the same.

Also took the time to remove using std::placeholders.
