cfb350f4f0 input: pass config_param to input_plugin.init() 
Allow input plugins to configure with an "input" block in mpd.conf.
Also allow the user to disable a plugin completely.

f11eb14c8a conf: added config_get_positive() 
This convenience function parses a configuration value into a positive
integer.  It aborts if parsing fails.

145ab84d51 sticker: new library for storing dynamic information about songs 
"Stickers" are pieces of information attached to existing MPD objects
(e.g. song files, directories, albums).  Clients can create arbitrary
name/value pairs.  MPD itself does not assume any special meaning in
them.

5b089f85fd update: added options which control symlink behaviour 
The configuration options "follow_outside_symlinks" and
"follow_inside_symlinks" let the user control whether MPD should
follow symbolic links in the music directory.

bd0653f440 conf: added config_get_bool() 
In contrast to, getBoolConfigParam(), config_get_bool() properly
returns a "bool" value.  In case of "unset", it returns the default
value provided by the caller.

ea515494cb added prefix to header macros 
"LOG_H" is a macro which is also used by ffmpeg/log.h.  This is
ffmpeg's fault, because short macros should be reserved for
applications, but since it's always a good idea to choose prefixed
macro names, even for applications, we are going to do that in MPD.

c89b358c8a clean up CPP includes 
Try to only include headers which are really needed.  We should
particularly check all "headers including other headers".  The
long-term goal is to have a manageable, small API for plugins
(decoders, output) without so many mpd internals cluttering the
namespace.

f30f93cb8b Added gapless_mp3_playback option. Setting to "no" will disable gapless 
MP3 playback, thus allowing songs that run longer than the Xing frame
claims (f.e., an MP3 created by catting two MP3s together) to continue
playing past the end.

586a21688f config file change! now 'port' is optional and 'db_file' is required! 
also, should have better error reporting when failing to open playlist or
music directory's, or writing the db, etc
