<p class="content--summary-more" style="">厚生労働省によりますと、日本で働く外国人労働者は去年10月時点で182万2725人で、前の年の同じ時期に比べて9万5504人、率にして5.5％増え、これまでで最も多くなりました。<br /><br />外国人労働者は調査を始めた2007年以降増加傾向が続いていて、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大でおととしにかけての年間の増加率は0.2％にまで落ち込みましたが、今回は回復しました。<br /><br />国籍別では、ベトナム人が46万2384人と最も多く全体のおよそ4分の1を占め、次いで中国人が38万5848人、フィリピン人が20万6050人などとなっています。<br /><br />一方、技能実習生は34万3254人と前の年を2.4％下回って、2年連続の減少となり、新型コロナの水際対策が影響しているとみられます。<br /><br />厚生労働省は「技能実習生は減ったものの、全体の増加率はコロナ前の水準に戻りつつある。言語や習慣の違いがあっても外国人労働者が働きやすい環境の整備に向けて、企業への訪問指導などを徹底していきたい」と話しています。</p>
