This changes the decomposition of all 參 elements in KanjiVG from 厽 over two ungrouped strokes followed by 彡 to a decomposition based on the intermediate character U+20AEF which takes the upper two of the lower five strokes. These upper two strokes are further gathered into a new 人 group under the U+20AEF group, and the previous above part is also grouped into a subgroup of type 厽.
