Signed-in admins can use https://www.pvv.ntnu.no/admin/brukere/ to manage user privs by adding/removing "admin", "prosjekt" or "aktiviteter" access to a user(-name). This works fine, except for unchecking the "admin" field, which apparently does nothing.

We should find out why, and then fix it. It has been difficult to troubleshoot due to missing authentication during local development, but this should be easier now.

Might be erroring(check verbose logs), bug, missing code, frontend error, etc.
