There is already a live mariadb instance at Bicep. The old databases needs to be moved over to Bicep, including database users, and the DNS entry mysql.pvv.ntnu.no needs to be moved as well.

There should be a warning email sendt out to all our members before doing this, as there seems to be some services dependent on it.

Remember to update the wiki!
