Create landing pages for nginx hosts on all machines #300

Particularly for our nixos machines, all of them return 444 by default when visiting e.g. bekkalokk.pvv.ntnu.no. Maybe we should add some sort of cool page template for the hosts, so you can actually go to this webpage and get some fun facts about the machine or something? Alternatively a redirect to the wiki page for said machine?

Might be a bit similar to #250
