I've used a lot of these extensively:

crabfit looks nice but it has some shortcomings:

  • Can not set a "maybe" or "lower preference" state
  • mobile UI is unusable for more than maybe three days of selections (it scrolls weirdly and interpretes panning as selection)
  • Can not edit timeframes after publication (this is annoying for dates which are already past for example)

There are no perfect alternatives, but so far framadate is the best one:

  • Mobile UI is still jank, but at least consistent (just slow to fill out)
  • has multiple states (blank, red, yellow, green)
  • can be edited after-the fact
  • flexible naming for times (can be any string)
  • Powerful but annoying

I want to try https://github.com/lukevella/rallly since it looks good, but haven't had the opportunity yet

i actually got quite far in packaing that one at some point, but that was before buildNpmPackage was a thing.
